St. Sebastian CYO Registration 2019-2020

Welcome

Welcome to the St. Sebastian CYO Registration 2019-2020 Registration with St. Sebastian CYO!

ALL BOYS AND GIRLS TEAMS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 8TH GRADE BOYS AND 6TH GRADE GIRLS, ARE NOW FULL WITH A WAITING LIST.  UNLESS YOU ARE THE PARENT OF AN 8TH GRADE BOY OR 6TH GRADE GIRL, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

A limited number of partial scholarships are available.  If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, click on the following link and complete the Scholarship Application.  Do not register your child at this time.  Upon approval of the scholarship, you will receive a discount code and instructions on completing the registration form.

REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AND TEAMS FORMED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.  ONCE THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS HAVE BEEN REACHED AT A GIVEN GRADE AND GENDER LEVEL, REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CLOSED FOR THAT LEVEL.

THE FOLLOWING PRIORITIES FOR REGISTRATION HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED:

1.  Registrations will be open for 7 days from August 1 through August 7 for players who played for a CYO parish team last season (2018-2019).  Your child will lose his/her priority status if you register after this window period. If your child does not fall in this category, do not register him/her until August 8 as his/her registration will be cancelled and you will have to re-register him/her.

2.  Registrations will be open for all remaining players on August 8 (including players who played last season and did not register during the August 1-7 period) until the maximum number of players at a grade and gender level has been reached.  September 3 is the final date for registrations.

3.  The CYO program is a “Catholic Youth Organization” activity under the auspices of the Santa Rosa Diocese.  Children who played CYO last season and attend a Catholic church and identify themselves as Catholics will have first priority for placement on teams over non-Catholic children.  This is in keeping with the Bishop’s goal of making the program an identifiable “Catholic” activity.

UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE OR PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP AMOUNT, YOUR CHILD’S NAME WILL NOT APPEAR ON THE APPROVED LIST FOR PLAYER EVALUATIONS AND TEAM FORMATION.
